Counsellor Psychotherapist- Mindplace (Face to Face)

Counsellor/Psychotherapist (Face to Face) required for Mindplace at Blackberry Clinics, Guildford. Provide high-quality counselling and brief interventions, conduct assessments and formulations, deliver various service delivery models including face-to-face sessions, follow case management processes, collaborate with Clinical Leads and therapy team, offer signposting/referrals, conduct group psychoeducation and remote presentations, attend clinical supervision, manage own caseload and meet performance targets within a part-time schedule (Mon and Thu, 8am-4pm) in Guildford, UK. Essential: professional registrations (BACP/UKCP/NCPS) and at least 3 years post-qualification counselling experience. Desirable: incident support training and corporate experience. Proficiency with Microsoft systems and EMR; strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills; ability to work autonomously in a busy clinical environment.
