Job Summary
Counseling Teacher Assistant and Bus Driver roles at St. Stephens High School: assist the guidance counselor with front-desk duties, screen callers, manage records and confidentiality, operate office equipment, and support special projects while ensuring student safety and orderly transportation. Bus duties involve safely driving routes, pre-checks, monitoring student behavior, and following district procedures. Strong communication with parents, staff, and students; bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Requires high school diploma with additional coursework, and typically 2+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications

- Guidance Assistant: Minimum of 48 hours of college level coursework. A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required or WorkKeys Certification including Business Writing.
- Two years of experience working with children preferred, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job functions.
