Job Summary
The Counsel will serve as the primary legal advisor for the Human Resources department, providing employment law support and overseeing a range of employment-related matters. Responsibilities include advising on issues like leaves of absence, wage compliance, and internal investigations; drafting and reviewing employment-related agreements and contracts; responding to agency inquiries; conducting training; managing legal risks; overseeing disputes and litigation; and assisting senior legal officers with various matters.
