Job Summary
Counsel to support the General Counsel by managing the contracts team and other legal processes, advising on various legal matters, and overseeing a range of contract-related activities including client engagement letters, master services agreements, NDAs, subcontracts, and IP management. Responsibilities include coordinating paralegal support, overseeing subpoena compliance and court-related matters, reviewing leases, managing outside counsel resources, and providing strategic legal insight across multiple jurisdictions. Requires a Juris Doctor degree, state Bar admission, 3–7 years of experience, and strong drafting/negotiation skills with comfort handling diverse contracts; willingness to work with hybrid remote/onsite arrangements across five West Coast/PNW offices.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree
- Bar admission in one U.S. state or territory
- Three to seven years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney
- Litigation experience required
- Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a variety of contracts (clients, vendors, third parties)
