Job Summary
Counsel for Legal and Government Affairs at foodpanda Delivery Hero Group opposite a Senior-level legal role. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements; providing advanced legal research and advisory; corporate secretarial tasks including board resolutions and declarations; driving legal operations improvements;Licensing and regulatory compliance lifecycle management; government relations and advocacy with Cambodian regulators; representing the company in industry associations; guidance to internal teams and junior staff. Requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law (or related field), 6-8+ years of legal/compliance experience in the Cambodian context, strong drafting/negotiation skills, regulatory knowledge, and fluency in Khmer and English.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in legal and compliance roles
- Strong understanding of Cambodian legal and regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in both written and spoken Khmer and English
