Counsel, Downstream Europe and South Africa

Provide solution-focused legal advice to bp’s Downstream UK businesses, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements; support projects including joint ventures, M&A, and business restructuring; advise on regulatory matters (competition, sanctions, compliance) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions; role involves day-to-day advisory and strategic project work with a focus on risk management and continuous improvement.
