Job Summary
Counsel, Consumer Protection Compliance within NBCUniversal’s EPIC Legal Team. Provide practical, risk-based legal guidance on consumer-facing products, services and marketing initiatives; support design and continuous improvement of consumer protection compliance programs, controls, and scalable guidance; advise on disclosures, pricing, substantiation, and related obligations; collaborate across global business units to align legal risk management with enterprise-wide consumer protection standards; manage readiness for new products and regulatory developments; work with cross-functional partners to ensure compliant customer communications and experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of at least one U.S. State Bar
- 4+ years of legal experience at a law firm, in-house, or in a relevant government position (FTC, DOJ, State AG)
- Knowledge of or experience advising on consumer protection, consumer marketing, or similar regulatory compliance matters
