Job Summary
Oversee Cottage Supervisors and assigned staff to ensure safe, trauma-informed residential care for youth in the Kids Village cottage program; manage staff supervision, staffing ratios, documentation, and compliance with agency standards, including CPI and PBIS practices, incident reporting, mandated reporting, and coordination of HR tasks such as scheduling and progressive discipline. Demonstrate leadership in crisis intervention, perform duties within campus routines, and support CQI/COA reporting while ensuring a safe, compliant, and restorative care environment for youth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related area from an accredited college or university
- at least two (2) years of experience working with children; or two (2) years of college and three (3) years of experience working with children; or at least five (5) years of experience working in child welfare without a post-secondary degree.
