Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based preprocessing components that transform records and metadata from multiple source systems for ingestion into the SV management system. Complete and extend the existing reusable framework to support additional data sources, formats, and evolving integration requirements while integrating and configuring FEITH SharePoint Connector logic. Troubleshoot ingestion issues by analyzing logs, exceptions, and database states, then collaborate with the Technical Lead and FEITH development team to clarify requirements and support rollout. Conduct data migration activities and create technical documentation for sustainment. Provide workflow demonstrations and light user support to onboard users into the new records management process.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline
- Ten (10) years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- General understanding of Microsoft environments and enterprise collaboration tools
- Understanding of API calls, especially REST
- Experience with parsing various file formats including txt, Excel, JSON, XML, and others
- Experience with FEITH Records Management System or other COTS products
- Strong hands-on experience developing applications and integration solutions in Java, including object-oriented programming, common software design patterns, and Java concurrency concepts
- Experience designing and developing modular, reusable, and maintainable software components, with familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Experience using GitLab for source control and Maven for Java project configuration and build management
- Experience working with JFrog Artifactory or similar artifact repository tools to publish, retrieve, and manage software artifacts
- Familiarity with SharePoint, including content structures and common workflows
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to onboard and train users on a new system
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with developers and product support teams

- Background in SharePoint migrations or connector tools
- Experience supporting enterprise rollouts and managing stakeholder expectations
