Job Summary
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced theme park environment. Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during high-traffic operating days and special events. This role plays a key part in the guest experience by supporting overall operations at COTALAND, an amusement park featuring over 30 attractions and experiences. Crew Members work on-site at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas, with flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus tips, with eligible staff receiving complimentary park admission and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
- Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
