Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy services for patients in home care settings to restore physical ability, strictly adhering to state laws and the supervising OT's treatment plan. Instruct and aid patients, families, and the healthcare team in evidence-based therapy within the OT assistant scope of practice. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes to the nurse supervisor and physician. Function independently in diverse home situations regardless of client demographics. Maintain current OT assistant licensure, a valid driver's license with vehicle access, and CPR certification. Work full-time (40 weekly hours) as part of the Optum family, earning a total cash target pay of $48,175 to $72,263 based on visit productivity and hourly rates.

- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice
