Job Summary
Assist patients in regaining daily living skills, implement treatment plans, and document progress under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support long-term care populations and ADL/IADL interventions. Maintain an active California COTA license and hold an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy. Work flexible shifts with a guaranteed 30-hour schedule upon assignment start. BLS certification is required or may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active California COTA license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities
- Prior experience with long-term care populations and ADL/IADL interventions
