Job Summary
Travel COTA position in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Modesto, CA. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life, with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and transfer training. Responsibilities include documenting progress in electronic medical records, providing care to geriatric patients with complex medical needs, and collaborating within a travel-contract setting that offers full benefits, housing options, relocation assistance, and various career pathways (direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts).
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active California OTA license
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
