COTA - Travel Contract

Conduct daily occupational therapy assistance under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients regain skills for everyday life. Maintain an active state license and hold an associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Provide support during 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM shifts with BLS certification available as required.
