Job Summary
Travel COTA position in a Skilled Nursing Facility requiring an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy and an active state license. Under supervision of a licensed OT, you’ll support patients in regaining daily living skills; travel assignment with full benefits, housing, relocation assistance, and licensing support. Prior SNF experience and BLS may be required. Location: Reedsburg, WI; 5 days/week; travel-focused contract with comprehensive benefits and recruiter support.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
