Job Summary
Assist patients in regaining skills for everyday life through therapeutic exercises, activities, and progress documentation under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Implement individualized therapy plans within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, with experience in geriatric populations preferred. Requires a current Texas COTA license, Associate degree in Occupational Therapy, and BLS certification. New graduates are welcome. Full medical benefits, 401k matching, and 100% paid housing are provided starting day one for this days shift assignment in Caldwell, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Texas
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care settings
- Clinical experience with geriatric populations
