Job Summary
Provide restorative occupational therapy services under supervision of an OT to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Travel between multiple nearby facilities within the client network to deliver therapy, typically 10-20 patients per day, 36 hours per week on a 12-week contract schedule (Monday–Friday, days). Requires an COTA license (Minnesota) and an associate degree; BLS preferred; opportunity to float among facilities. Responsibilities include SNF documentation, restorative programs, and functional task training to help residents regain independence in activities of daily living. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active Minnesota COTA license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start
