Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant needed for a travel contract at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Adrian, MI. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients regain daily living skills. Requires an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy and an active Michigan COTA license; BLS may be required. Assignment spans 13 weeks with 35 hours per week, days shift. Travel benefits include 100% paid housing, relocation assistance, and comprehensive medical/401k benefits; travel and license reimbursement available. Prior SNF experience and EMR documentation are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Ability to follow treatment plans as directed by a supervising Occupational Therapist
- Documentation experience with electronic medical records preferred
