Job Summary
Conduct patient therapy under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients regain skills for everyday life. Maintain documentation in electronic medical records and adhere to 5x8 day schedules. Provide care in a skilled nursing facility setting with guaranteed 35 weekly hours from Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, including a 30-minute meal break. This 13-week assignment is located in Laconia, NH, near Lake Winnipesaukee and the White Mountain National Forest.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active New Hampshire COTA license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
- Experience with 5x8 day schedules
- Documentation in electronic medical records
