Job Summary
Travel COTA role in a skilled nursing facility in Lebanon, NH. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will assist patients in regaining daily living and functional skills. Assignment includes guaranteed 35 hours per week, potential float to other local facilities, and comprehensive travel benefits (medical coverage, 401k matching, housing assistance, travel and license reimbursement). Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans and support patient recovery is required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active New Hampshire COTA license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and follow treatment plans under a supervising OT
