COTA - Travel Contract

Conduct Occupational Therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients regain skills for everyday life. Maintain an active state license and hold an associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
