Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in a travel contract at a skilled nursing facility. Implement and follow treatment plans to help patients regain daily living skills. Assignment details include Days shift, five 8-hour shifts per week for 12 weeks, located in Livonia, MI. Requires an Associate degree in OT and an active Michigan COTA license; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Ability to follow treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
