Travel COTA contract in a skilled nursing facility providing emergency coverage for a six-week minimum. Under supervision of a licensed OT, duties include aiding patient recovery of daily living skills, ADL retraining, and DME assessments. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active Iowa COTA license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a COTA role in SNF/long-term care preferred
- Experience with ADL retraining and DME assessment preferred
- Ability to provide coverage on short notice for minimum six-week period
- PCT duties up to 85% as defined by client
