COTA - Travel Contract

Job Summary
COTA travel-contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (LaMoure, ND) requiring on-site work with 8-hour day shifts (Mon–Fri) for approximately 13 weeks starting May 11, 2026. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will assist patients in regaining daily living skills, provide restorative programs, ADL training, and make adaptive equipment recommendations. Active North Dakota COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start is required, along with BLS certification. Benefits include 100% paid housing, weekly pay, full medical benefits, 401k matching, recruiter support, and travel/license reimbursement. On-site at the facility with potential floating to other facilities if requested by the client.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
- Active North Dakota state COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience providing restorative programs, ADL training, and adaptive equipment recommendations preferred.
