Job Summary
Conduct daily patient care under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help individuals regain skills for everyday life. Assist with long-term care or skilled nursing facility duties while maintaining a consistent Monday through Friday schedule of 8-hour shifts. Begin each shift between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, with potential weekend make-up hours only if a holiday falls within the standard workweek. Maintain an active state license and BLS certification as required for assignment start.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active State License
- 1 year of OTA experience
- Long term care or skilled nursing facility experience
- OTA license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
