COTA - Travel Contract

Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assist patients in regaining skills for everyday life. Maintain an active state license and hold an associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. BLS certification is required, and prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
