COTA - Travel Contract

Conduct daily occupational therapy assistance under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients regain skills for everyday life. Provide care across a full weekly schedule including Sun through Sat. Maintain an active state license and hold an associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. BLS certification may be required.
