COTA - Travel Contract

Conduct patient care under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help individuals regain skills for everyday life. Maintain an active state license and hold an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Provide support in a Long-Term Care setting with 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, and no weekend requirement. BLS certification may be required.
