COTA - Surrey Place - Skilled Nursing

Prepare patients and equipment for occupational therapy under the supervision of the Rehab Manager, Lead Occupational Therapist, and Staff Occupational Therapists. Following initial evaluation by a registered occupational therapist, administer therapy and perform required documentation. Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team while performing duties consistent with St. Luke's mission and values. Requires an Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and current Missouri State Board of Healing Arts licensure or eligibility.
