Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence within a skilled nursing setting. Document patient progress and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team. Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions; ensure a safe and therapeutic treatment environment. Requires a California COTA license; experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
