Job Summary
Conduct therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment by assisting with treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive techniques to improve patient independence. Observe and maintain up-to-date documentation regarding patients' responses to therapy, track progress, and report findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist consistent with professional practices and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
