Job Summary
COTA (Part Time) provides certified occupational therapy services and direct treatment as part of an interdisciplinary team in the Providence PACE program; 24 hours/week on weekdays day shift at the Portland, OR site, involving home care coordination and community-based elder care. Responsibilities include assessing needs, delivering COTA services, coordinating with the Occupational Therapist, and contributing to care planning within a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly setting; requires COTA program graduation and Oregon OTA license, with BLS/ACLS per policy, and preferred 1 year of OT experience in this area.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License
