Job Summary
Independent Contractor COTA needed to provide home health occupational therapy across ages in the Miami area. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, promoting independence in activities of daily living, improving functioning and safety through therapeutic activities, observing and reporting patient responses, instructing patients, families, and caregivers in therapy techniques, conducting home assessments, and addressing adaptive equipment needs. Qualifying candidates will have graduation from an accredited COTA program and a California COTA license; bilingual ability is a plus.
