Job Summary
Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist and provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient independence and quality of life. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and maintain accurate documentation and patient records. This role supports residents in a Continuing Care Retirement Community, offering opportunities for professional growth within a supportive, team-oriented environment. We welcome both new graduates and experienced professionals to join our expanding therapy team in Burlington, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active (or eligible) North Carolina COTA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
