Job Summary
Provide Occupational Therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility under supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities include assisting in assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communicating treatment responses to residents. Must document daily care per established guidelines and hold an AQ/CA/State-appropriate license. AHCA background screening is required.
