Job Summary
Collaborate with the therapy team to support residents through rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term care by performing transfers, providing adaptive ADL retraining, and practicing functional tasks. Treat a diverse caseload including clinically complex patients while working closely with the evaluating OT and interdisciplinary care team. Complete competency training to support growth in any area. Maintain a current Utah Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing with an associate degree from an accredited program. One year of SNF experience is preferred, though newer clinicians with strong interest in geriatrics are encouraged. Flexible daily scheduling is available to support work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Current Utah Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing
- Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
- Organized, self-motivated, and patient-focused
- Passion for working with the geriatric population
Desired Qualifications
- One year of SNF experience preferred
