Job Summary
Deliver personalized therapy programs for personal care residents by conducting assessments, treatment planning, and implementation under physician orders. Integrate interactive and gamified tools into treatment plans to support patients with neuro conditions and cognitive decline. Assist with development and education on screening processes while maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with the care team. Requires a licensed COTA with an Associate's Degree, National Certification, and active state license, plus current BLS certification. One year of experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for COTA
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
