Job Summary
Plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in a facility to ensure high-quality resident care; conduct regular resident screenings, implement treatment plans and goals, interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents/families and the interdisciplinary team; establish individual therapy schedules; document and bill OT services in accordance with CMS standards; maintain licensure and engage in ongoing professional development; join a compassionate team with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy
- TN OTA licensure
