Job Summary
Deliver personalized therapy programs for personal care residents by conducting assessments, treatment planning, and implementation under physician's orders. Integrate interactive and gamified tools into care plans to support patients with neuro conditions and cognitive decline while contributing to screening process development. Document all services and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team. Requires a current COTA license, active BLS certification, and associate's degree in Occupational Therapy. Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination for COTA
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace

- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
