Job Summary
Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers, providing information on products, pricing, and delivery changes. Monitor placed orders, suggest alternatives when needed, and proactively manage backorders by informing clients and proposing solutions. Process customer complaints in SAP, follow up actively, and deliver feedback. Prepare, renew, and follow up on contracts in coordination with account managers. Requires an HBO diploma, experience in customer service, and strong proficiency in Dutch and English.
