Job Summary
Costing and payroll-support role in Adcorp Group based in Johannesburg. Responsibilities include maintaining and creating costings, ensuring accuracy and second checks before rate implementation, standardizing costing practices across the group, linking national contracts to customer accounts to avoid discrepancies, and adhering to turnaround times. Performs related administrative tasks (register, update, re-assign, escalate incidents) and ensures documentation is attached to SharePoint for audits. Ensures compliance with Limits of Authority and provides training to Operations and payroll support teams on payroll systems; prepares incident reports to highlight training needs. Requires ability to train branch users on payroll systems, experience with payroll processes in outsourcing/TES environments, advanced Excel skills, and strong documentation/compliance capabilities. Per institutional communications, duties may include screening/reference checks and offer-related activities. The role is permanent and full-time, located in Johannesburg at Adcorp Place. Required Qualifications
- Grade 12
- At least 2 years Payroll/Business Administrator experience
- At least 2 years Payroll systems experience
- Payroll experience in Outsourcing/TES industry advantageous
- Advanced Excel experience
