Costing & Projects - Andheri (Mumbai - HO)

Verify quantities executed at site based on drawings, inspections, and measurement sheets. Review contractor/vendor RA bills with supporting documents and flag discrepancies in quantities, rates, or documentation. Maintain cost trackers, quantity logs, material consumption records, and MIS sheets related to billing and progress. Prepare monthly cost reports, cashflow updates, cost-to-complete forecasts, and reconciliation statements for client-supplied materials. Track approved variations and update their cost impact in the cost control register. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to obtain measurements and clarifications. Support the Contracts Lead in preparing commercial notes, variation logs, and documentation.
