Costing Engineer

Job Summary
Develop and maintain costing models for projects, equipment, and solutions while analyzing material, labor, and manufacturing costs. Support quotation and sales activities with accurate data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive transparency around cost structures and profitability. Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Project Management to improve commercial decision-making and contribute to continuous improvement of costing processes. This role offers a hybrid working environment with teams based in Southern Denmark and across Europe. Fluent in Danish and English with 3+ years of experience in costing or engineering is required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience within costing, engineering, manufacturing, project business, finance, or a similar field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Fluent in Danish and English
