Job Summary
Take full responsibility for running the store successfully by tracking sales, monitoring health and safety, and ensuring store targets are met. Lead by example to deliver excellent coffee and service, while managing cash procedures, securing the store, and maintaining financial compliance. Drive team growth through training, coaching, and development using My Costa Learning, and plan rotas to ensure consistent in-store coverage. Collaborate with the Area Manager to hire and train staff who can confidently drive sales and uphold brand standards. Stay updated on Costa and Goldex guidelines, organize store documents, and maintain regular communication with Line Managers regarding payroll, HR, maintenance, and banking.
