Costa Coffee Store Manager

As a Store Manager for Costa Coffee, lead by example to drive store performance, ensure excellent customer service, manage stock, labour, training, and rewards, and develop a high-performing team. Own day-to-day operations, drive sales opportunities, uphold brand standards, monitor health & safety, and maintain financial compliance. Collaborate with Area Manager to hire and train great teammates, plan rotas, and support payroll and store administration. Demonstrate a hands-on, customer-focused leadership style, with a passion for coffee and people, to grow the business and deliver exceptional experiences.
