Job Summary
As a Costa Barista, you’ll craft great coffee and hand-crafted beverages to delight customers, serve with a friendly smile, and learn Costa products including teas, frappes, and seasonal ranges. You’ll work with your team to maintain health and safety and store cleanliness, receive structured training including Barista and Brand Standards, and have opportunities for progression to Barista Maestro with senior duties. Key skills include a passion for coffee and people, excellent customer service, confident communication, multi-tasking, reliability, and a flexible approach to shifts while upholding uniform brand standards.
