Job Summary
As a Costa Coffee Barista, you’ll craft great coffee that hits the sweet spot, serve customers with a smile, and learn about Costa products from teas to seasonal ranges. You’ll work with your team to maintain health and safety and store cleanliness, participate in full training, and have the opportunity for progression to Barista Maestro with corresponding pay rises and senior duties. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and representing the brand with confidence while building positive, memorable experiences for guests.
