Job Summary
Lead the team to deliver an unbeatable coffee experience by overseeing all store operations, including cash and stock management, Costa standards, policies, and in-store marketing. Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure efficiency, monitor KPI reports, and translate data into daily actions. Manage, coach, and delegate tasks while maintaining brand standards and presenting professionally during every shift. Step into the Store Manager's shoes during their absence to ensure continuity. This role supports Goldex Investments Ltd's mission to inspire the world to love great coffee through a genuine, people-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- Supervisory/management experience
- Background in hospitality or retail
- Barista Maestro accredited
- Ability to engage your team – be inspiring, empowering, honest, open and always there
- Adaptable and hands-on, ready to multitask and support wherever needed in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and polished, always presenting yourself in line with brand standards and ready for every shift
- Reliability to step into the Store Manager's very cool shoes in their absence
