Cost Technician

Cost Technician/Cost Analyst in Valparaiso, IN responsible for reviewing and validating vendor invoices against Purchase Orders and governing documents, confirming scope of work, cost basis, allowable rates, and Work Orders, ensuring proper cost allocation using Work Orders and Commodity Codes, routing validated invoices through the Ariba workflow, validating timesheets for PO-term compliance, generating standardized and ad-hoc cost reports to support project cost analysis and forecasting, identifying discrepancies in invoice data and timesheets, and communicating results to the Manager of Project Controls and other departments.
