Cost/Staff Accountant

Oversee inventory accounting across production facilities, e-commerce, and warehouses by performing regular cycle counts, maintaining standard costing models, and reconciling inventory accuracy. Create purchase orders based on sales planning reports, review inventory reports for delivery vehicle variances, and assist the Accounts Receivable team with sales order items. Conduct month-end processes including counting key inventory items, reviewing G/L balances for variances, and preparing journal entries. Assist the Controller on ad-hoc reporting to improve efficiency and review sales reports for gross profit anomalies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, proficiency in SAGE ERP and Excel, and strong communication skills.
